PROJECTS
My projects have been diverse, ranging from filling in as Director of Finance during vacancies to serving as Acting VP of Finance for a new management company with 13 hotels. In this role, I created their Chart of Accounts (COA) and financial reporting system, and transitioned all their hotels to a new back office and payroll system. I have assisted in the opening of over 20 hotels and conducted forensic accounting. Additionally, I have managed the transition of hotels between owners and management companies. CLIENTS
Hotel clients have included hotel companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Montage Hotels & Resorts, Ithaka Hospitality Partners, WPHG (now Capella), Benchmark Hotels & Resorts, and independent hotels such as Bacara (now a Ritz-Carlton) and Enchantment Resort. In the small business arena my clients have been restaurants, manufacturing, medical labs and not-for-profit membership clubs.
